Quality Plating was established in 1976 as a custom metal finishing shop. Polishing aluminum on custom bikes and race bikes. We started plating in 1977 to help our customers needs for a brighter finish on aluminum. We used the acid copper buffed process to fill what pitting was in the metals.
Quality Plating continues to do chrome plating on motorcycles and in 1978 we chrome plated out first automobile parts which were parts for a 1920 Chrysler Great American touring car. At that time we became a custom chrome plating shop that did all custom cars, motorcycles, boats and snowmobiles.
We Still use the same chrome plating process today that we used in our beginning days, however we have added a new brighter nickel plating process to our line. Quality Plating is one of the leading chrome plating companies in the Midwest by remaining a custom only polishing and plating shop. We still take care of our customer's needs.

Quality Plating takes prides in detailing all parts and returning your parts in excellent condition. Since we are a custom chrome plater, there is very few things we cannot plate. We plate all metals including restoring pot metals. We can chrome plate auto bumpers and repair them to a show finish. We also plate auto and motorcycle rims, or we can them to a mirror finish. We also polish brass and copper to a bright finish.
